I think we should separate the internal and external requirements.
Everything that can fly slow enough to be usable inside is too slow to fly out. An indoor helicopter, the destruction of the AirHogs much better, the E-flite Blade CX2 is big inside. Very stable. Almost fight in the situation. But it's very stability makes it a poor candidate to fly outside. Even a slight breeze blow the air away, the capacity of the aircraft to return.
